How should I store my Sambal Goreng?
You can keep it in a cool, dry place in the pantry or in the refrigerator.
How sustainable is the packaging?
We design, manufacture, and ship with Mother Earth in mind. Our Sambal Goreng jars and lids are 100% recyclable - just be sure to remove the label and rinse out the jar before recycling.
Do you still host pop-ups in your driveway?
At this time, we are no longer offering pop-ups or catering.

Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 American states. At this time, we are not able to ship internationally. But know that someday we hope to expand Bungkus Bagus internationally, and we'll let you know as soon as we do!
Do you accept returns, exchanges or refunds?
For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Should your package be damaged, lost or stolen, you as the customer are insured for up to $100. If you'd like to pay for extra insurance, please contact us and we'll be happy to set that up for you.
If your package is lost in the mail, please contact the appropriate mail carrier to file a claim.
