Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If you need your processing expedited, please email us at after your order is placed and we'll do our best to box up your goodies ASAP.

We are unable to reship orders if the current mailing address is incorrect. Please double check that all info is up to date before submitting.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Returns / Exchanges / Refunds

At checkout, you have the option to pay for additional insurance through Route, which covers you in the case of damage, theft, or loss. We recommend adding this option, as our packaging is glass and does, in rare cases, break in transit. If you do not add Route Insurance to your order, we cannot exchange or refund broken, stolen, or missing product.
